Happy Halloween!

Well, I'm getting ready to go do Alex's hair for her wedding! It's Today!! Woo Hoo!
Congratulations Alex and Tom!

Anyways, I wanted to make some Halloween cards. It seems I only have 1 Halloween Stamp set and my Mom I think only has 1 too.

I actually airbrushed the edges around the image with N7. I stole some of Brooklyn's Halloween ribbon from Michaels. I have a friend that wants me to send her a halloween card, so I think this one might be for her *wink*

And this Image is the reason I bought this stamp set. Those kids are so sweet! I just had to have them. The last card and this card is in the same set from My favorite things.

Recipe: (For Both Cards) Stamp: My favorite Things

Paper: Pumpkin Pie, Elegant Eggplant, Basic Black

Ink: Adirondack Pitch Black, Copic Markers

Accessories: Su word window punch, medium oval punch and yellow marvy punch, Michaels ribbon, dimensionals

Here's a Closeup...

Happy Saturday. Hope you get lots of stamping time this weekend!

Where's the Remote?

I thought this was funny. I left the sentiment off, so you could use it for anything...
I dabbed my colorless blender pen all over the rug, to make it look likes it has texture.
Recipe~Stamps: Let's Hear it for the Boys, My favorite things
Paper: Always artichoke, Kraft, Papertrey white
Ink: Adirondack pitch black, Copics
Accessories: Artichoke grosgrain, su circle punches, dimensionals
Don't laugh, I actually have a chair that looks like that! It's totally cozy and comfy, and a little ugly!

Wierd?

Yah, a little! I was looking at all the scraps on my table, and thought I would make an abstract card...

I don't think I will even bother posting this on my gallery at Splitcoast! LOL!

Masculine Birthday Cards

Well, I needed some male birthday/father's day cards for my stash. This is my favorite boyish stamp set. Brooklyn and I put Aly down for a nap, and we had a stamping filled afternoon and watch soaps. My kind of afternoon! :)

I wanted to add some texture to his rug, so I took my colorless blender and dabbed it all around. I also sponged with creamy caramel ink (even on the ribbon) to dirty it up a bit!

Recipe~Stamps: Let's hear it for the boys, My favorite things

Paper: Kraft, Baja Breeze, Manchester designer paper from su, papertrey vintage cream

Accessories: Linen thread new su ribbon

Ink: Adirondack Espresso, Copic markers (see below)

Here's another one I got done: I'm all about Kraft right now...

I paper pieced his chair, and tried to keep it fairly neutral. I loove all the new su designer paper!

And Here's Brooklyn's card

She has her own Stamps, Ink (from the dollar store) and box of scrap paper...She sets up a table (like mine). Very professional!
