I found these picture frames at Michaels in a bargain bin for $1.50. I had to buy a few and try altering one. I haven't attempted one yet~ this is how it turned out!I found some pretty paper at Michaels and used the Modge Podge for paper to adhere it and did another coat over top. I let it dry and sanded the edges.
The ribbon is some frilly woolly stuff I found in one of my drawers, and used some prima flowers and gems. I got those in a tin from Scrapbookers Paradise. They came with matching rik rak, brads and an assortment of primas. Very Cool!
